My fasting Update (02/04/2016)

Sorry I haven't been posting for awhile. January is just full of shit you know, binge day ended up as binge week and then binge month. I'm so sorry. But I'm back now and I have a new plan, valentines is coming and my friends invited me to go to a mall and like show off our outfits, so I need to be skinny to look perfect on my Lace Halter I bought online.

Basic Ana's Rules

To keep your "Way To Perfection" you must simply follow these Basic Rules:

Rule1: Food is an ENEMY-Yes, you're on your way to perfection, but does it really includes FOOD? No,It doesn't! In able to make a straight Way to Perfection you must treat food as your ENEMY, no girls get thin without avoiding food. So remember "Eat to live, not Live to Eat."

Rule2: Don't say you'll FAST TODAY- Instead of just saying you'll fast today make a schedule. Lot of girls say they'll fast but at the end of the day they BINGE. That happens to me a lot, I tell my Mom I'll fast but then when the clock strucks 4 I eat non stop. So yeah, instead of saying, prove it, make a schedule, do it slowly. Trust me its better that saying it.

Rule3: Don't forget to chug some WATER- Drink water like its your job to do so, because 80% of our body is made up of water but remember too much water could make you gain some extra weight called   "Water Weight" So just be sure to make yourself sweat afterwards but also don't get thirsty. (Reminder, drinking cold water boosts our metabolism by warming up).

Rule4: Get your SLEEP- Sleeping long enough can make us thin in support too. How? Because you won't be tempted to eat and you won't feel the hungerness you're feeling. Get at least 7 hours of sleep, because the lower you go the your lower metabolism goes.

Rule5: Avoid too much CARBS- Sometimes we are satisfied  to see how low calories the Carb food is but did you know that Carbs can make us fat too. Specially the rice, a white rice, it has too much carb in it and its unhealthy. So if you want to eat some rice be sure that its Brown Rice, healthy, and take 1 cup only.

Rule6: Stop eating those FRIED FOODS- We all know that in fried foods there is oil included, and Oil is the one to avoid in thin ways. Because some parts of our body that looks fat has oils in it and called "FATS" the outcome? Some cellulites, we both know you don't want that, its better to boil or toast etc than fried those foods.

Rule7: Stop the BUTTER- Even a tiny piece of butter has a thousand fats in them. Even just melted on your toast can make you fat, like how powerful butter is. Forget about healthy just remember the thin way.

Rule8: Don't STRESS- Stressing can make you gain weight. How? Because at the time when you eat something you will forget how much bites you're taking because you're thinking deep about the thing you're stressing out. So don't stress just keep calm.

Rule9: Drink TEA when you're HUNGRY- Why? Because tea has an appetite suppresant, it curbs your appetite and you lose the satisfaction of eating. And it also coeanses our body and boosts our metabolism.

Rule10: Keep MOVING- Even when you're sitting tap your fingers, move your feet, anything to keep you simply moving. And also remember don't slouch sit up straight, because your body burns few calories when you sit up straight.
